Yes. There is no interaction or contraindication between these two drugs. The Lexapro is an SSRI, similar to many other antidepressants, while Percocet is oxycodone, an opioid analgesic painkiller combined with between 325 and 500 mg of acetaminophen per 5 mg of oxycodone. The only contraindication for painkillers are other things that also slow your heart rate such as most anti-anxiety medications which fall into the benzodiazapene family (eg: Valium/diazepam, Klonopin/ clonazepam, Xanax/alrazolam) or barbituates or sleeping medications. (And, of course, alcohol.) Alcohol is not good to drink with percocet for two reasons. Once, the combined effect of two different things which can make you tired and slow your heart rate, but even worse is the second. Acetaminophen (Tylenol) is terrible for your liver when mixed with alcohol. If you're an alocholic, let your doctor know, because you could be receiving Percodan instead of Percocet, which contains ibuprofren instead of acetominophen, and won't be nearly as contraindicated as the Percocet.
Hope this helps.
