No. All antidepressants did for me was make me stop caring about things that actually did matter and still trip out on the little stupid things. Oh yeah and I couldn't move my eyes without feeling all sick sometimes.
yes, but it made me fat too. I switched to Cylexa and I lost the weight and my anxiety is ten times better.
I have never taken that medication, I heard its good though. I take zoloft. Have you askes you doctor for a medication thay can help you, like you take as needed like a benzo. You take it if you feel really nervous and it helps you relax.
What your doctor perscribed is the best advice they know what is best. Take it as directed and you should be feeling better.
Practice breathing excersises, it will get easier to breath and put a end to the panic attack.
I have bad anxiety and panic attacks.

Well everyone is different ask your doctor what he/she recommends for you
Ask the doctor for something that can help you within a couple minutes if you need it.
Yes and no. It helped because it completely stopped my panic attacks. This may seem like it's all you'll want, but there is more. In the long run it did not help me and only caused harm. It made me apathetic and spaced out to the point where I did nothing for 5 years. It probably didn't help with panic attacks either. Why do I say that? Because it was long after stopping the lexapro that I got rid of my panic and anxiety completely. So, my advice would be to not stop taking any anxiety medication, but look for better, more effective and alternate solutions.
