I was on lexapro 10 mg for almost a year then i switched to 20 mg for a few months now ive been on wellbutrin xl 150 for only a month .

I have been taking Lexapro 20mg for anxiety and depression for 3 weeks now. I have not noticed any improvement. If anything, I find myself a little more depressed and find it hard to concentrate on things. I will add that I do get better sleep than before. However, I also feel more groggy.
