I'm loking for currency charts to keep up on a separate monitor. I've found one site with just charts so far, but I'm looking for something just a bit easier on the eyes.

• Is there a currency charting system that allows you to look at charts from 2-3 years ago in 5 minute ticks?

I want to look at charts from other years, but the time frames are too wide for that far back.

I'm new to stock trading and I was wondering what kind of information the volume bar tells us. Does the bar just tell us who is buying or the total transactions including people going short?

What website will give me a pictorial representation of world currency? Are the dollar and euro going down together?

• Why are the 1D and 5D currency interactive charts inverted?

eg: GBPAUD=X The chart shows AUDGBP for 1D and 5D graphs but shows the correct rate (GBPAUD) for longer series (1Y, 5Y etc.)

Two things I am looking for.
1) More than 1,000 periods, so I would like to see the chart for a longer period of time
2) Other countries currency index charts, and not against other currencies but however their Dollar index is measured.

I can download a data from web page to excel sheet through excel vba. But i cannot download a data from web page which contain a data behind a flash chart like bloomberg or XE.com currency chart. Please help me to download these stuffs via VB or VBA. Thanks in Advance.
