• How do you know if your Lexapro dose need to be increased?

Anyone on Lexapro? How does it make you feel and how do I know if I need to up my dose from 10mg to 20 mg?? It is working as far as: I do not get aggravated as easily but I just seem depressed sometimes. I had a hysterectomy this past April at the age of 29 so its just makes me sad sometimes. Any advice?

So I took my first 2.5mg dose of lexapro today and after doing some research on some of the horrible withdrawal experiences, I decided that I would rather not take the drug at all. I am seeing my doctor tomorrow but was just wondering if anyone on here has had experience with lexapro and if it is possible to get withdrawal from a single dose. Thanks for any help!

I am on 10mg of lexapro and I usually take my medicine in the morning but slept in today. When I woke up I went to work out. I dont remember if I took my medicine before I worked out or not but after I worked out I took a pill. Now I am worried that I took my medicine twice. What will happen if I did?

I've been on Lexapro for about 4 weeks and my anxiety became less intense in the first week. It was completely gone in the 2nd and 3rd week. I was very surprised and happy! Now that I'm' in the 4th week, I am feeling the anxiety again but it's still very mild which is an improvement. I am on 5mg a day and my doc says I can up it to 10 whenever I feel I need to.

I've been on 10mg Cipralex for a couple weeks now.
I accidentally took double dose so that's 20mg
Will anything bad happen? Will I experience any of the more serious side effects?

I'm taking 20mg of Lexapro daily and if a miss a day if feel like I become irritatable and anxious(sort of how I felt before taking it). My pharm. says it doesn't work way but it definately seems that way. Has anyone else experienced this or is it "in my head"?

I have this disoriented disconnected unreality feeling. I took one 5mg dose about four days ago. Will the feeling ever go away? How long until it's completely out of my system??
It was prescribed, and I only took it one time.

I have had all the symptoms of serotonin syndrome from just one dose of the stuff. My normal bp is 110/70 and now it has been 140/90. This is very uncomfortable. Most of the other symptoms are gone, except for this and the tachycardia. It seems to slowly be getting better, but any advice from someone with Lexapro experience would be great. Hypertension is very uncomfortable, never thought I would get to experience this. Oh yeah, and the doctors told me that the symptoms I am experiencing are not possible. They really need to learn a little more. Not possible, more like Unlikely.

I guess what I mean is it's not considered low or high.

I have been on lexapro for a solid year now and my anxiety attacks are back. I feel horrible. I am on 10 mg daily right now. It was working until recently. Do I need a larger dose? I'm calling my doc tomorrow but I was wondering if anyone else knew.
