Im gonna be in old Sacramento for new years eve until about 1:30 am. I have called numerous cab companies but no one is taking reservations for certain times. Does anyone have any idea of how not to have to wait for 3 hours for a cab. We have no D.D.

Of course im going to bars afterward, but first I want to go to a nice lively restaurant for dinner where anyone can go even if they arent 21. I want to enjoy a fun exciting dinner with everyone and i want to be able to make a reservation for about 10 people. Also i want this place to still serve alcohol.

Will have around 7-8k for the total budget. my fiancee wants to do an outdoor wedding with about 100 guests. She is constantly stressing out over it. Her being stressed out all the time is stressing me out, and we live together, and we all know how that can go. So Im seeking some public opinions, or some help. i'm willing to look into anything.
