i am born and raised floridian, so i wont move out of this state. what i want to know is, are there any areas in florida that houses are selling for under 100 thousand? i dont care where its at from panama city to miami, and i dont care if it needs a little bit of work, as long as the roof has or isnt falling down. am i dreaming?

I was wondering if anyone knew about any real haunted houses in south florida. In fact it doesn't even have to be a house. It could be any place as long as its haunted and in south florida. In my home in New Jersey, even a young married couple have a hard time with finding homes, but I always hear of my friend's cousins who are my age (20, 21) who live alone in Florida! Judging by pictures, they look like they live in houses or huge apartments!
