My father is willing to pay me to use a Foreign Currency Trading software basically all day every day. But, we've researched that it is a large investment to get the software to be able to do it. They're advertising that if you do it all day, everyday you can make "a lot" of money per year off of this. I am concerned before we pay for the software if the program really does work and if you are able to make money off of it?

• Excel file currency conversion program for money exchange spot?

I need a simple excel file which can calculate from one currency to another. It should have big buttons with currency picture, to select which currency is traded, an input field of howmuch foreign currency I receive and an output field which tells me howmuch to give the customer back. Besides that I must be able to input daily exchange rates for all currency's. An additional plus would be a print receipt option for customer and database option to store all days transaction.
The biggest problem for me is to make buttons and to link it and make it work.

I have several people using my charts and indicators to trade. A lot of these people ask if I can recommend a good broker for trading on the Foreign Currency Exchange (forex). I'd like to associate myself with a good broker who offers an IB program - basically, an affiliate or referral program, whereby they sign up to my broker that I have a deal with, and I get a "kickback" from the commission.
Does anyone have info on how this can be accomplished in the US?

I've been playing around with the fun money on ExpressFX from this site:

It's definitely compelling to invest real money towards foreign exchange trading, but I would feel more comfortable with some advce from those who have tried it.
Some questions I have:
Can the value of currency ever fall to 0 like shares in a stock market?
Can I ever end up owing more than I have invested? (I wouldn't think this is possible).
Are there any other programs or companies that are like or better than Express FX?
