Gospel music isn't weak or lame. Its not all just choirs and old sounding music. There's gospel hip-hop/rap, country, jazz, pop and any other genre of music they may have out there only in gospel form. Some gospel songs, in my opinion, doesn't even have to be heard by a christian listener. Some songs are just a simple positive message.
