Anna Nicole Smith's son died from a lethal combination of antidepressents in his body. I was reading an article on it and the pathologist said that zoloft and lexapro can be lethal when taken together. So I decided to check for drug interactions online with these two medications and every website says there are no interactions. Is this false information?

I have social anxiety and have been dealing with it for 5 years. Nothing has worked and now my senior year has been ruined by my stupid fear of social interaction in a group setting. Not lexapro, not zoloft, nothing. I have recently tried cannabis and studied it too. It helps ease my nerves while providing next to no side effects. I want to use it alongside cbt...where can I stop the ignorance?
